I have more than twenty-five years of experience in sales, account management, customer service and call center operations. I worked for Thomson Reuters in a senior leadership capacity for more than fifteen years. My successes were in building and developing strategies for call centers, exceeding sales goals, defining new opportunities for channel management and driving new revenue growth.
In 2008, I was notified my position was being eliminated and I was fortunate to be provided executive search support and services through Right Management. I was determined to find the next chapter in my career and was connected to George Dow.
George was invaluable in helping me get focused, define goals and begin the networking process. Having spent twenty-five years in one organization with a predominantly internal focus; I needed to begin from ground zero to build a network and contemplate choices like crossing industries, company size, geographic location; pretty much everything from soup to nuts. George’s skills, talents, connections and wisdom helped me get off to the very best start possible. He helped me learn the process and begin thinking outside of the box to find my next opportunity.
Simply put, without his help, guidance and wisdom, I believe my journey to the next chapter would have been much more difficult. The high esteem I hold for George is due to his compassion, talent and keen ability to help chart the course.
Today, I am the Vice President of Consumer Experience for CPP North America. I have changed industries and company size. I can honestly say, I am the most challenged and invigorated I have been in my career and it was with George’s expert guidance, I was able to seize the day.
